1. Social Worker
(MSW/RSW)
- The Role: Provide psychosocial assessments, family advocacy, and emotional support. Help families navigate the Ontario healthcare system.
- Requirements: MSW or BSW; OCSWSSW Registration; 2+ years experience in geriatrics or home care.
2. Registered Nurse
(RN/RPN)
- The Role: Manage clinical care plans, administer treatments (wound care, meds), and provide family education. High autonomy role.
- Requirements: CNO Registration in good standing; Valid CPR/First Aid; Reliable vehicle for travel across service regions.
3. Personal Support
Worker (PSW)
- The Role: Assist with daily living (bathing, mobility), meal prep, and specialized care (Dementia/Alzheimer’s). The "heart" of our daily operations.
- Requirements: Valid Ontario PSW Certificate; Clear Vulnerable Sector Check; Heart-first attitude.
