By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and you authorize SLR Home Care to review, store, and use it for recruitment and hiring purposes, including contact, reference checks, and credential verification, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
